GEORGES VANIER FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT!

Doors open at 6:15 PM • Movie starts at 7:00 PM

Get ready, Whos of George Vanier… our hearts are about to grow three sizes as we kick off the Christmas season with a cozy, festive night in the gym! We’re bringing the magic of The Grinch to the big screen, and we’re making a whole evening of it.

We’ll start with a Christmas carol or two, and as a fun bonus, there will be a simple holiday craft for anyone who’d like to join in.

Then it’s time to get comfy! Please bring your own pillows and blankets and wear your coziest PJs so you can settle in comfortably in the gym for the movie.

Tickets are $2 per person on School Cash Online.

The deadline to purchase is EOD December 5th, 2025.

Each movie ticket includes:

One bag of popcorn

One drink (water or a juice box)

Important: This is a family event. No drop-offs are permitted. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Please enter through the front doors. All other doors will remain locked.

We can’t wait to see you there for a night of songs, a little crafting fun, and a whole lot of Grinchy cheer!

Get ready, Georges Vanier Catholic School community! The School Council, in conjunction with our wonderful Grade 6 Families, is thrilled to announce that we will once again be hosting our super popular White Elephant Sale right here at the school!

Mark your calendars! The sale is happening on Thursday, December 11, 2025!

🎁 How You Can Help Us Spread the Holiday Cheer! 🎁

To make this event a success and help bring some extra special Christmas joy to various families in our school, we need your support!

We are looking for donations of gently used items that would make fantastic Christmas gifts. Think books, games, small toys, decor, or anything else in great condition that someone else would love to receive!

You can start bringing in your generous donations beginning Monday, November 24, 2025.
